It’s very funny comic strip.
Taruto and Ribon are twins. Big brother Taruto has strong power to defeat monsters, but he can’t see monsters. Little sister Ribon can see monsters, but she don’t have any muscular strength. So when they fight with monsters, they have to exchange their souls frequently.

The title of this comic is ‘ニコイチ(Nikoichi)’. It’s just written in Katagana of japanese, so we can just know its pronunciation and we have to guess its meaning. If we consider nikoichi as ‘ニコ一’, the meaning will be ‘One smile’. And if we consider nikoichi as ‘二子一’, the meaning will be ‘Both are one person’. I don’t know which one is right. Maybe the 3rd meaning would be a correct one.
